Since 1990, Jim Thorpe Signs has created a reputation for beautiful and durable carved signs highlighted with genuine gold. Jim Thorpe is a master of his craft, producing dimensional signs in a variety of classic and original styles. About our staff

Jim Thorpe Signs is owned and operated by Jim Thorpe, a professional sign carver for over 20 years.  Jim has been creating exquisitely carved signs for businesses, individuals, and sign shops since his youth in the Adirondack mountains of upstate New York. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in wood design in 1984 from the New York State University at New Paltz. His career includes a history of creating sculpture and fine furniture. He has worked extensively in the scenic arts, making sets, sculpture, and props for opera houses, regional theaters, and Broadway productions.

Jim Thorpe Signs also includes the creative talents of Bill Clune, Bill Bardo Thorpe and Glenn Herbert. Our team also has access to a much larger community of artists and graphics professionals. Our ongoing development of alliances in the sign industry helps us offer you the best service and product for your unique situation.
